First reporting: Beaufort's next city council meeting is slated for Tuesday, February 8, and the city will be picking back up a fair bit of old stories.

A second reading of plans to permit the construction of an Olive Garden-Red Lobster building in Beaufort Town Center on Boundary Street.

A series of agenda items that would allow the city to takeover Reynolds Street at the Technical College of the Lowcountry and construct many stormwater and pedestrian improvements.

A proposed reduction of the speed limit to 35 MPH throughout the Boundary Street Redevelopment District.

And approval of open containers during the Valentine's Day Art Walk in downtown Beaufort.
