There will be an Affordable Housing Program Workshop on lending programs available to builders, developers, and buyers.

The workshop will be held from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 15, in the City of Beaufort Council Chambers at City Hall. 

Information will be provided on the lending programs and services offered by the Lowcountry Housing Trust to affordable housing builders and developers, loan products and down payment assistance programs available through the South Carolina Housing and Finance Development Authority and the down payment assistance programs for first time homebuyers provided by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta.
