More Beaufort-area Christmas events on tap

We already filled you in on a bunch of Christmas-season events going on over in Beaufort and Port Royal, but that's not all that's in store.
Here are some other Christmas events you can check out:
- Ridgeland's Annual Christmas Parade will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday at Ridgeland Town Hall. Call 843-726-7500 for details.
- Hardeeville's Annual Christmas Parade is being held at 10 a.m. Dec. 11. For more information contact the Hardeeville Chamber of Commerce office over at 843-784-3606.
- Hilton Head's Harbour Town is holding a new Festival of Lights event in Sea Pine. It will be ongoing through Jan. 2 and will feature a 25-foot tree.
