This family friendly event will include activities like bouncy houses, live music, face painting and more. Participants in "Bark for Life" help the American Cancer Society save lives, helping them move closer to a world with less cancer and more birthdays.

"Beaufort is such a dog-friendly community," said Charlie Holley, American Cancer Society's Relay for Life Chair. "It's time a Bark for Life was held here and we've no doubt that this community will step forward, support this event and make an impact for the society with their best friends at their sides."

Bark for Life is sponsored by Annie B's Bed and Biscuit, Beaufort Dog, DragonBoat Beaufort and Lucky Dog.
