Fried fish, music, and free beer tasting (yes, free)

Turbo Dog: Easy to drink and tasty.

Already sporting one the best beer selections in town, Wren is throwing a beer and deep-frier shindig tonight, July 1, from 4 to 8 p.m.

It's a fish fry and (free!) beer tasting with brews from the Gulf Coast's Abita Brewing.

They'll also be taking donations for the Beaufort County Animal Shelter (checks, dog or cat food, toys, treats, towels, or blankets).

Menu:
Choice of fried fish or fried shrimp (comes with red rice with sausage and coleslaw) ($10)
Louisiana gumbo with rice ($10)
Ice cream/homemade cobbler ($5)  

Brews:
Amber (bottles only)
Purple Haze (bottle/draft)
Turbodog (bottle/draft)
Restoration Pale Ale (bottle/draft)
Satsuma (bottles only) 

Free tasting! Beer by the glass or beer by the bottle for purchase. Restoration IPA, Purple Haze, and Turbodog draft. ($2 bottle/$3 draft)

A live "acoustic mix" will also be on site.
