Three-day fine arts festival coming to Celadon (update: winners' work)

Update May 23: Well, the festival has come and gone, leaving us with a list of winners.

- Grand prize: Barbara and Rick Umbel;
- First place: Kathy Crowther (a local);
- Second place: Terry Brennan;
- Third place: Diane Pike;
- Honorable mention: Kathy Oda.

Update May 22: Don't forget that today, May 22, is the final day of the Celadon Fine Arts Festival and runs from noon to 5 on Lady's Island.

Oh, and The Island Packet also has some details on what's happening at the event.

First reporting: The first annual Celadon Fine Arts Festival is coming to town starting Friday, May 20.

The event, which will run through to Sunday, May 22, will go from 4 to 8 p.m. on the first day, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the second day, and noon to 5 p.m. on the last day. Tickets are $5 per car that enters the event and includes an art competition, food, beverages and live music.
