First reporting: As the weather warms, come take in a slice of what local artists have to offer. 

The Beaufort Art Association's annual Spring Show opens from Friday, March 18, to Sunday, March 27, at the Charles Lind Brown Center (corner of Greene and Haram Streets).

Work will be compiled in a variety of mediums and formats including acrylic, oil, watercolor, pastel, drawing, hand-pulled prints, photography, digital art, sculpture, clay, wood, fiber art, yupo, and mixed media.

The show will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (noon on Sundays). Most work will be available for sale, and $2,000 in awards will be given.
