Join Charity Holland as she leads you on a guided meditation focusing on relaxing, and letting go. We will start with a quick discussion about meditation, then Charity will take you on a 10 minute guided meditation, then...will leave you to meditate on your own intentions for 20 minutes, then slowly we will awaken together. Bring any and all meditation tools that will help you fall into your meditative stance easier.
The class will be from 6 to 7 p.m. this Friday.
