Ashley Hall presents guest lecture on Students and Social Networking

The Ashley Hall Parents' Association presents a lecture at Ashley Hall Wednesday, April 24 at 8:15am on "Social Networking, Cyber-Bullying, Sexting, Texting, and Viral Gossip Among Students" with guest speaker Dr. Catherine Steiner-Adair. Dr. Catherine Steiner-Adair is an internationally recognized clinical psychologist, school consultant, and author. She has consulted to over 350 independent and public schools, parents and students on a wide range of topics related to strengthening children's social and emotional development, shaping school culture and deepening parents' connections to their children. She has also appeared on The Today Show, Good Morning America, The Discovery Channel, CNN PBS, and been quoted in numerous newspapers and magazines. Her book, The Big Disconnect: Protecting Childhood and Family Relationships in the Digital Age, will be published August 2013.
