Some 160 turn out for 'America's Next Top Model' auditions
Some 160 women tried out for the popular reality show “America’s Next Top Model” at the Tanger Outlets on Tuesday, according to The Post and Courier.
The paper reports:
Those lucky enough to stay turned in a 15-page application, sashayed down a runway created by tape on the floor and then answered a few questions in front of a video camera. When asked to make a final plea to producers, they groveled.
“Please, please pick me,” said Kendall Jones of Charleston. “I really, really want this. It would make my dreams come true.”
If you missed your chance, they’ll be holding 32 more auditions all across the country during the next two weeks. Including on in Richmond on Saturday.
No word on when they’ll pick what’s expected to be 14 models for the show.
