Chlorine leak leads to evacuation of some 23
A chlorine leak, perhaps from a leaky valve, led to the evacuation of some 23 workers at Salisbury Electrical Safety in North Charleston this morning.

The employees were able to return some three hours later. The Post and Courier has more on the leak and evacuation.
