Details have emerged about last week’s killing of James Moricoli. Apparently, he had been recently released from jail and returned to live with his mother and 38-year-old brother, Aaron Moricoli. — Aaron is accused of mortally wounding his brother by hitting him in the head with a cast-iron frying pan.

The slaying is being painted by the family and friends as a near self-defense case, where Aaron and the mother had to sleep behind locked doors out of fear of James’s rage episodes.
