Wind turbines in S.C. thwarted by low energy cost

NBC News 2 followed up with Santee Cooper after all the talk about the new wind test station. They found out that while South Carolina’s would-be wind industry is thwarted by a relatively low cost of energy locally, industry officials think we could have wind power in as little as five years.
