Crisis Ministries cutting back soup kitchen hours
To help save cash, Crisis Ministries is shutting down its soup kitchen on Fridays for the month of January.

Several month backs I pointed out a piece talking about how cutbacks will hit hardest among those most in need.
The shelter’s soup kitchen has seen a surge in demand.
