Columbia mayor makes pitch for $76 million worth of 'economic stimulation'

Columbia’s mayor is headed to Washington to make a pitch for $76 million of a possible economic stimulus package. The money would be used to build roads, beautify streets, and help the homeless, amongst other uses.
